A notice of termination of a periodic tenancy to be served by a Landlord or Tenant is to be served in writing and must comply with The Residential Tenancies Act.
Year to Year Tenancy
By the Landlord or the Tenant, at least three (3) months before the expiration of any year to be effective on the last day of that year. Notice shall be sufficiently given or served if given or served on or before the first day of the first month in the three (3) month notice period.
